Key Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new leads within assigned sales territory
Conduct regular visits to construction sites, building material markets, and retail outlets to promote products
Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets
Educate potential and existing customers on the benefits of using the platform and its product offerings
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies
Ensure excellent after-sales support and minimize product returns
Qualifications & Requirements
B.Sc or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
1 - 2 years of relevant sales or field marketing experience, preferably in the construction or building materials sector
Age: 22 - 35 years Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in field sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions
Good knowledge of Lagos (Island and Mainland) construction markets and retail hubs
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
