Relationship Management; customer retention, improved customer relationships and quality services to the new and existing clientele.
Compliance to departmental processes
Sales reporting; develop timely and accurate sales reports to facilitate decision making
Ensure all opportunities within a given sales route are well covered
Academic and professional Qualifications and experience required
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related subjects.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
Key Skills and Competences
Experience in the selling of construction materials to home developers and contractors and engaging with architects and engineers.
Strong understanding of home construction processes, materials, and building techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
