Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of field sales representatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market presence, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and motivate field sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned territories.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
Proven experience in field sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
