Job Summary
The Laboratory Assistant will support laboratory operations by preparing samples, maintaining equipment, and assisting with field and lab testing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare samples (drying, crushing, splitting).
Clean and maintain laboratory equipment (sieves, molds, ovens).
Cast and demould concrete cubes.
Assist technicians during heavy field testing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
Requirements
1 - 2 years experience in a construction laboratory (entry-level acceptable).
Basic understanding of material handling and safety procedures.
Physically fit and able to support field operations.
