Our client in the Office Automation Industry is seeking Field Service Technicians to join their team in Mthatha, Eastern Cape.
This position will suit an individual who is exceptionally punctual, reliable and capable of working independently in the field
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform on-site technical maintenance and repairs
Diagnose hardware and software faults and provide efficient solutions.
Troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate records of services rendered and parts used.
Provide basic user training to clients upon installation or repair.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric).
Experience in office automation,
A valid, unencumbered South African Driver's License is mandatory.
Language: Fluency in English and isiXhosa is essential
