Location: Igbo Efon, Lekki - Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Lead field verification of borrowers, guarantors, businesses, and collateral.
Oversee routine post-disbursement monitoring visits.
Lead first-line collections efforts by following up on due and overdue repayments through calls and field visits.
Escalate delinquent accounts where necessary.
Ensure accurate field verification and monitoring reports.
Identify and report potential fraud, operational risks, and early warning signs.
Requirements
HND or B.Sc. in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' managerial experience in credit collections, debt recovery, field verification, or related roles in a lending or financial services environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in financial services, lending, or microfinance is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively within Lagos for field assignments.
High level of integrity, diligence, and attention to detail.
