Job Duties
Lead and manage a class
Identify and adopt the most effective teaching approaches for the students.
Monitor teaching and learning activities to meet the needs of the students
Plan and deliver effective sequences of lessons
Identify and teach skills that will develop students' ability to work independently and communicate effectively
Identify and teach skills that will develop students' social independence
Lead subject or identified area within the School Improvement Plan and ensure progress is at least good.
Report Students' progress
Qualification and Skills
Should possess a minimum of B.ED, B.Sc(Ed), B.A(Ed) or an equivalent degree.
NYSC Completion is Compulsory.
P.G.D.E. and T.R.C.N. certification is an added advantage.
Must be fluent in English Language(written and spoken) and should be a go-getter.
Must be passionate about Teaching
Must be conversant with 21st century ICT Tools.
Must be computer literate, particularly with good proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools.
Must be an excellent team builder and player.
Must have a minimum of a year of teaching experience.
