e are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant to manage our financial records, oversee auditing processes, and handle all company payments efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial transparency across all operations.


Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management


Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitor income, expenses, and cash flow
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Manage budgeting and financial forecasting


Auditing & Compliance


Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Identify financial risks and recommend improvements
Prepare documentation for external audits if required


Payments & Transactions


Process and manage all company payments (vendors, staff, etc.)
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds
Verify invoices and payment requests before approval
Maintain proper records of all transactions
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when necessary


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-2 years experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Strong organizational and analytical skills


Preferred Qualifications


ICAN, ACCA, or relevant certification (added advantage)
Experience handling payments and vendor management
Experience in event, service, or creative industry (optional but useful)
