Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate investment strategies, financial models, and business cases.
Conduct financial analysis, including forecasting, valuation, and risk assessment.
Identify viable investment opportunities and support capital allocation decisions.
Advise on portfolio management, funding structures, and financial optimization.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and investment performance reviews.
Support fundraising, donor engagement, and investor relations where applicable.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and governance standards.
Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investment Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
Professional certification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Strong experience in financial analysis, investment appraisal, or corporate finance.
Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and analytical tools.
Experience working with development projects, private sector investment, or donor-funded programs is an added advantage.
Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
