Key Responsibilities to include
Conduct gender, social inclusion, and disability assessments.
Identify barriers to participation and recommend inclusive solutions.
Mainstream GESI and disability inclusion across project activities and processes.
Develop inclusion strategies, action plans, and practical tools.
Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for staff and stakeholders.
Support the development of gender- and disability-sensitive monitoring frameworks.
Prepare reports and recommendations to strengthen inclusive programming.
Qualifications
Degree in Gender Studies, Social Development, Sociology, Disability Studies, Development Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience in Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and disability inclusion.
Experience conducting assessments, facilitating training, and developing inclusion strategies.
Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and report-writing skills.
Experience with donor-funded or development projects is an added advantage.
