In this role, you will be responsible for:
Processing and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time
Recording daily financial transactions in QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar accounting systems
Assisting in payroll preparation and ensuring statutory deductions (PAYE, NSSF, NHIF) are accurate
Conducting bank and supplier reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years' experience in a finance or accounting role
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar accounting software
Familiarity with KRA e-TAX system and statutory requirements in Kenya
CPA (Kenya) qualification is a plus
