Role Purpose Statement:
Support the finance department by keeping accurate financial records, processing member transactions correctly, and helping ensure the financial health of the SACCO.
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily member transactions like deposits, withdrawals reversals and other transactions accurately.
Support with daily and monthly reconciliation of member personal accounts.
Prepare payment vouchers and assist with processing the SACCO's bills and expenses.
Maintain organized financial files and documents for easy reference and audit.
Follow all SACCO financial policies and procedures carefully.
Any other duties that may be assigned to you.
Academic:
Bachelor's degree Finance and Accounting option.
Professional:
CPAK will be an added advantage.

Fresh graduate from university.
