Key Responsibilities:


Provide first-line and second-line ICT support to staff and users under supervision.
Assist in monitoring performance and availability of networks, servers, databases, and applications.
Support installation, configuration, patching, and upgrading of ICT systems and enduser devices.
Assist in workstation setup, system access provisioning, and basic network administration.
Support ICT asset management, inventory updates, and documentation.
Participate in routine system maintenance, backups, and health checks.
Assist in enforcing ICT security policies, procedures, and access controls.
Support user account management, password controls, and access reviews under supervision.
Assist in monitoring security events, antivirus updates, and system patch compliance.
Support backup verification, log reviews, and basic incident documentation.
Comply with data protection, confidentiality, and acceptable use requirements.
Participate in structured ICT training, mentorship, and skills development programs.
Assist in documentation of procedures, user guides, and operational manuals.
Support ICT audits, SASRA inspections, and ISO evidence preparation.
Participate in ICT improvement initiatives, automation tasks, and research.
Provide basic user training and awareness on approved ICT systems.


Academic:


Bachelor's degree (completed or recently completed) in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
