Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance, while supporting strategic business decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, financial planning, and performance monitoring across business units
Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial reports
Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
Oversee payroll administration, bank reconciliations, and account management
Implement cost control and efficiency strategies
Manage audits, financial records, and fixed asset registers
Provide financial insights to support business growth and investment decisions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage
Proven experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance
Strong knowledge of taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
