Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, manage budgets, and support business growth through sound financial planning and analysis.


Key Responsibilities


Oversee all financial and accounting operations of the company.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
Ensure timely payment of statutory obligations, including PAYE, Pension, NHF, NSITF, ITF, VAT, and WHT.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee compensation.
Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization and profitability improvement.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Monitor inventory valuation and cost control measures.
Develop and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets.
Provide financial insights and reports to management to support strategic decision-making.
Supervise and mentor finance team members.


Requirements
