Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to prevent stock shortages.
Control operational costs, minimize wastage, and improve profitability.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are maintained.
Prepare operational reports, sales reports, and performance updates for management.
Train, coach, and develop team members to improve service delivery and operational excellence.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
