Finance Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities Maintain daily transaction records, ledgers, invoices, and receipts. Help plan, monitor, and oversee departmental and company-wide budgets to prevent overspending. Perform bank reconciliations, track cash flow, and prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements. Support internal and external audits, manage tax documentation, and enforce financial regulations. Oversee payroll processing, employee expense claims, and vendor payments. Evaluate operational workflows and develop policies to maximize efficiency and profitability. Monitor operational costs, profit margins, and inventory or resource allocation. Maintain positive relationships with external suppliers, banks, auditors, and service providers. Assist with human resources administration, onboarding, policy enforcement, and record-keeping Key Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or operations management. Minimum of 3 years of experience finance/operations or accounting role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) Good communication skills
