Job Summary


We are seeking a results-driven Fixed Broadband Business Executive with proven experience in the Telecommunications or ISP industry to drive the acquisition, sales, and expansion of Fixed Broadband services (FTTH & WTTH) within the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring subscribers, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities


Drive sales and customer acquisition for FTTH (Fiber to the Home) and WTTH (Wireless to the Home) broadband solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within residential and corporate segments.
Conduct market mapping, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
Promote broadband products and services to increase market penetration.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
Collaborate with technical and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to improve market share.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
2 - 5 years' experience in Fixed Broadband, FTTH, WTTH, ISP, or Telecommunications sales.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of broadband technologies, fiber connectivity, and wireless internet solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong business development and customer acquisition capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
