Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Fixed Broadband Business Executive to drive customer acquisition, sales growth, and market expansion for the company's Fixed Broadband services, specifically FTTH (Fiber to the Home) and WTTH (Wireless to the Home) solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and customer acquisition for FTTH (Fiber to the Home) and WTTH (Wireless to the Home) broadband solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within residential, SME, and corporate customer segments.
Conduct market prospecting, lead generation, and field sales activities to expand customer base.
Educate prospective customers on broadband packages, pricing plans, and service offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the business.
Conduct site surveys and coordinate with technical teams during installation and service deployment.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments within the broadband industry.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer feedback reports.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service escalation when required.
Participate in promotional campaigns, activations, and business development initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
2 - 5 years experience in Telecommunications, ISP Sales, Broadband Sales, or B2C/B2B Technology Sales.
Strong understanding of FTTH, WTTH, broadband internet solutions, and telecom products.
Proven track record in sales, customer acquisition, and target achievement.
Experience in field sales and territory management is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities.
Good knowledge of customer relationship management and after-sales support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and sales reporting.
