Job Summary

Our client in Agbara is seeking a detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure proper storage and issuance of materials.

Key Responsibilities:


Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances.
Issue materials to production and other departments as required.
Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping within the store.
Monitor stock levels and report reorder requirements promptly.
Prepare routine inventory and stock movement reports.


Requirements:


2 - 4 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Officer, or similar role.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
