Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily food and beverage operations
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost control
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Assist with planning events, functions, and service improvements
What We're Looking For
Previous Food & Beverage management experience
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Good organisational and problem-solving skills
Sound knowledge of stock control and cost management
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
