Forklift Driver

Role Description The Forklift Driver role at BAGCO is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharada. The Forklift Driver will safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse and production areas. Responsibilities include organizing and stacking goods, assisting with packing, and supporting shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of products. The role involves routine inspections of forklifts, following safety procedures, and reporting any equipment or material issues. The Forklift Driver will work closely with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to maintain efficient material flow and clean, orderly work areas. Qualifications Strong Forklift Operation skills, including safe driving, maneuvering, and load handling. Experience in Material Handling and Unloading activities within warehouse or industrial settings. Knowledge of Shipping & Receiving processes, including documentation and inventory movement. Ability to assist with Packing and organizing goods to support efficient dispatch and storage. Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing is beneficial. Understanding of workplace safety standards and commitment to safe work practices. Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors. Relevant forklift certification or license, and a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
