A well-established distribution business in Durban North is looking for a reliable Forklift Operator who is also comfortable supporting general stores duties. This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who works safely, keeps stock organised, and does not mind stepping off the forklift when needed.
Duties / Key Responsibilities
Operate a forklift safely when loading, unloading, and moving stock
Assist with receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
Check stock quantities and report damaged or missing items
Maintain accurate stock records and tidy storage areas
Support general Storeman duties when forklift work is quiet
Follow warehouse safety rules and operating procedures
Note: Requirements
2 - 3 years' forklift operating experience
Valid forklift licence
Experience in a warehouse, stores, or distribution environment
Clear criminal record
Verifiable employment history and references
Willingness to complete lawful pre-employment screening, including drug testing and a polygraph where applicable

Grade 12 / Matric preferred
