About the Role


We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Fraud Management Executive to join a dynamic finance team. The role is responsible for strengthening internal controls, detecting and preventing fraud risks, and safeguarding revenue through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement of control processes.


Responsibilities


Implement and manage fraud control frameworks to minimize financial loss and risk exposure
Monitor, detect, and investigate fraud incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting
Identify system and process loopholes and implement corrective measures
Conduct risk assessments for new products, services, and system changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud prevention strategies
Perform data analysis to detect anomalies, trends, and suspicious activities
Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly fraud and compliance reports
Support internal audits and ensure compliance with established policies and standards
Drive continuous improvement of fraud management processes and controls
High compliance levels in fraud control processes
Timely detection and closure of fraud cases
Reduction in fraud-related losses
Accurate and consistent reporting
Strong contribution to risk mitigation and revenue assurance


Requirements


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis and SQL querying
Good understanding of IT systems, billing platforms, and data models
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Project management and planning capability
