We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk/Admin Officer to manage reception duties and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings
Maintain office supplies and handle administrative tasks
Support HR and management with documentation and filing
Ensure reception area is tidy and welcoming
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional appearance and customer service orientation with visitor and colleagues
