Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests
Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
Redirect all phone calls and emails to the appropriate department and take down messages where necessary
Respond to all inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, answering calls, and managing office supplies
Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/ HND in Hospitality or any related field with at least a second-class upper (2.1) from a reputable institution
0—2 year work experience only
Candidate must be smart, easily adaptable, and pleasant
Good knowledge Of the Microsoft Office Suite
Written and verbal communication skills
Customer service attitude
