Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Officer / Customer Experience Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You will help maintain a professional, friendly reception area while providing excellent customer support and administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and welcome customers, visitors, and stakeholders professionally.
Manage incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries across all channels.
Provide accurate information on products, pricing, delivery processes, and company policies.
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
Track customer interactions and maintain basic customer records.
Support sales and operations teams with customer-related documentation and follow-ups.
Assist with administrative and clerical duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of SSCE / OND / NCE / HND / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 1 year experience in front desk, customer service, or customer experience roles (FMCG or service industry preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, email).
Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
