Responsibilities:


Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
Manage room reservations and update booking records accurately.
Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services.
Maintain accurate guest records and prepare daily front desk reports.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Process payments and issue receipts where necessary.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Follow hotel policies and procedures in handling guest services.


Education and Work Experience:


Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 - 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Good knowledge of hotel front desk operations.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
