Job Summary
The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for students, visitors, and staff at Lily College of Nursing Sciences. The role involves managing front office operations, providing accurate information, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the institution's values.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and attend to visitors, students, and parents in a courteous and professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and general inquiries
Provide accurate information on admissions, academic programs, and general college services
Maintain front desk records, registers, and documentation
Coordinate appointments and direct visitors to the appropriate departments
Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document handling
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
Assist with basic student support and administrative processes as required.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (preferably in an educational or healthcare setting)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
