Job Description
We are seeking a smart and courteous Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
The ideal candidate must be well-spoken, organized, and professional.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and attend to visitors professionally
Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
Maintain visitors' records and front desk logs
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Provide basic information to parents/clients
Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
Support administrative tasks when required
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of HND, BSC
Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk officer is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Neat appearance and professional attitude
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Additional Skills (Added Advantage):
Customer service experience
Time management and organizational skills
Friendly and calm personality.
