Job Summary
The FTTH Aerial Project Manager will oversee end-to-end fiber deployment projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and adherence to industry standards. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong design and coordination capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee FTTH aerial fiber deployment projects.
Supervise field teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Coordinate site surveys, route planning, and installation activities.
Manage project resources, materials, tools, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Liaise with government agencies, utility providers, landlords, and community stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges.
Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
Conduct project inspections, testing, and final handovers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field with 3 - 5 years experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in FTTH or ISP Fiber projects.
Strong knowledge of aerial fiber deployment and project management.
Age Requirement: Not more than 40 years
