The Fund Sales Analyst will support the fund sales team in identifying, engaging, and securing new investors, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role involves market research, lead generation, preparation of sales materials, and assisting with various aspects of the fund sales process to contribute to the overall growth of the company's assets under management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify prospective investors and new sales opportunities for the company's funds.
Assist in the lead generation process, including data compilation and initial outreach support.
Prepare and customize sales presentations, marketing materials, and fund fact sheets for prospective and existing clients.
Support the sales team in organizing and coordinating investor meetings, roadshows, and events.
Maintain and update the client relationship management (CRM) system with accurate investor information and sales activities.
Assist in tracking and reporting on sales pipelines, investor engagement, and fund subscription metrics.
Respond to investor inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the Investment Management team to gain a deep understanding of fund strategies, performance, and key differentiators.
Assist in the due diligence process by collecting and organizing required documentation from potential investors.
Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes relevant to fund sales and distribution.
Provide administrative support to the fund sales team as needed.
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements..
Education/Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in financial services, sales support, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Understanding of financial products, especially investment funds, will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
Usage of SAGE will be an advantage.
Existing relationships with intermediaries, institutional investors, or HNW networks are a significant advantage
