Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership: Supervise and provide strategic direction to department heads across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Administration.
Revenue & Commercial Growth: Drive robust revenue generation, ensure the achievement of aggressive sales targets, and spearhead market expansion initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Monitor day-to-day operational efficiency, ensuring optimal resource utilization and addressing operational bottlenecks with systemic solutions.
Financial Oversight: Review financial performance, manage budgets, implement cost-control measures, and ensure accurate corporate reporting.
Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and sustain high-value relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and major clients.
Compliance & Systems: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and corporate policies while building scalable operational structures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. (An MBA or relevant professional certification is highly preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in operations, business management, or sales, with substantial exposure to the oil & gas or logistics sector.
Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of driving business growth, strong financial literacy, and exceptional marketing and business development skills.
Leadership Capabilities: Experience managing large teams and multi-department operations, with a strong focus on team and staff development.
