Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the downstream oil and gas market.
Sales Execution: Drive the sales of core petroleum products (AGO, PMS, DPK, LPG) to meet and consistently exceed revenue targets.
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
Client Relations: Build, cultivate, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to inform proactive sales strategies.
Operational Synergy: Coordinate closely with logistics and operations teams to guarantee seamless, on-time product delivery.
Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, ensure prompt invoicing, and follow up aggressively on payments.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the oil and gas or a closely related industry.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets.
Solid understanding of the Nigerian downstream oil and gas sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and high-level interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard CRM tools.
High level of integrity, ability to work under pressure, and a strong result-oriented mindset.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Victoria Island, Lagos.
