General Manager - Yokos
Cape Town
Lead Yokos into its next phase of profitable, reliable, and compliant growth. We're looking for a sharp, capable General Manager to own the P&L and drive performance across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, and our flagship V&A Waterfront concept bar.
You will:
Lead with clarity, accountability, and heart.
Build strong teams and scalable systems.
Ensure our brand promise - conscious, plant-based, unsweetened, additive-free - is delivered from factory to shelf to spoon.
Own relationships with national retailers and drive growth across all channels.
Ensure food safety, product quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
You have:
7+ years in FMCG food manufacturing (chilled preferred)
Full P&L and cross-functional leadership experience
Strong track record with major SA retailers
HACCP training and food safety experience
A degree in Food Science, Engineering, or Business
You are:
