Job Summary
To support growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and transform business operations.
The General Manager will provide overall leadership and direction across all business functions, including operations, production, finance, sales & marketing, procurement, HR, and administration.
This is a high-impact executive role suited for a strategic yet hands-on leader who can drive efficiency, structure, accountability, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support the CEO in executing the company's strategic vision
Drive organisational transformation and process optimisation
Establish strong performance management systems
Oversee production, operations, and supply chain functions
Improve efficiency, cost management, and resource utilisation
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
Lead and mentor department heads across all functions
Manage relationships with clients, vendors, regulators, and partners.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related fields
10 - 15 years of senior leadership experience (preferably in Manufacturing, FMCG, Industrial, or Financial Services Support)
MBA or relevant professional certification (an added advantage)
Proven experience managing multi-functional business operations
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Demonstrated ability to scale or restructure businesses
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
