Formulate and implement comprehensive human capital operations strategies
Align company human capital operations strategies with global trends/best practices.
Drive the operational alignment of human capital transformation strategies including digitisation.
Drive organisational change, culture transformation and sound people relations.
Lead and implement human capital project portfolio initiatives and ensure human capital operations services.
Drive the control environment including governance, risk management and compliance initiatives.
Entrench the Eskom values and leadership brand pillars.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
B Degree in Human Capital/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits or a
B Tech in Human Capital/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits or
Advance Diploma in Human Capital/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits.
