Key Responsibilities
Operate diesel and petrol generators safely and efficiently.
Monitor generator performance and ensure continuous power supply.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
Monitor fuel, oil, coolant, and battery levels.
Maintain accurate records of generator operations, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
Identify and report mechanical or electrical faults promptly.
Coordinate with technicians for repairs and major maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Keep the generator room and surrounding areas clean and organized.
Respond promptly to power outages and equipment emergencies.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE, OND, or relevant technical qualification.
Minimum of 2 years\' experience operating industrial or commercial generators.
Basic knowledge of generator maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to identify and report technical issues effectively.
Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must reside in Surulere or nearby areas.
