Key Responsibilities:


Guest Service: Welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, take reservations, and resolve guest complaints professionally
On-the-Job Training: Rotate through Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Events to understand daily operations
Support Operations: Assist managers and supervisors with daily tasks, reports, and inventory
Teamwork: Participate in meetings, trainings, and team-building activities
Learning & Development: Observe best practices, keep a training log, and apply feedback to improve service delivery
Standards: Uphold the company's brand, hygiene, and customer service standards at all times


Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree/HND in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Admin and other fields

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
