Graduate Trainee – Quantity Surveying

Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents. Support measurement and valuation of construction works. Assist with cost monitoring, budgeting, and project cost control. Participate in material quantity take-offs and procurement documentation. Assist with reviewing contractor quotations, invoices, and project variations. Maintain accurate cost records and other project documentation. Requirements A Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, as applicable. Recent graduates and candidates with limited relevant work experience are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of relevant engineering or quantity surveying software is an advantage. A willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative, and work effectively with a project team. Ability to work on construction sites when required.
