Role Overview


We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
Reporting to the Product Manager and working closely with the Growth Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that strengthens our brand, supports our marketing campaigns, and drives audience engagement across social media, email, and blog platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the intersection of design, branding, and digital marketing, and can produce content that is both visually compelling and strategically aligned.


Key Responsibilities


Design high-quality graphics for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Create visual assets for blog articles, email newsletters, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
Manage and maintain Belyfted's social media content, blog content, and email marketing visuals.
Work with the Growth Marketing Strategist to develop creative assets that support marketing objectives and campaigns.
Ensure all designs are consistent with Belyfted's brand identity, messaging, and positioning.
Design content in various formats suitable for different platforms and audiences.
Organize and maintain design files and brand assets.
Deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.


Requirements


Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in graphic design.
Advanced proficiency in Canva with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality marketing and social media designs.
Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and brand positioning.
Experience creating content for social media, blogs, and email marketing.
Excellent visual storytelling, typography, layout, and design skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and time management skills.


Nice to Have


Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma).
Experience designing for fintech, SaaS, or technology companies.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or short-form video content.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Product Manager.
Works closely with the Growth Marketing Strategist on content planning and campaign execution
