On-site
About This Role

We are looking for a creative, story-driven Graphics Designer to own the visual identity of Workium across every surface — social posts, ads, landing pages, decks, emails and brand collateral. You will turn the daily reality of helping people relocate, get sponsored, form companies and land top-tier roles into polished, scroll-stopping visuals that build trust and pipeline. You will report to our Head of Marketing and collaborate directly with founders, immigration consultants and the social media manager on assets worth shipping.

Responsibilities

Design every visual asset Workium ships: social posts, carousels, story templates, reels covers, ad creative, blog headers, email banners, pitch decks, landing-page hero images and one-pagers
Maintain and evolve Workium's brand system in Figma — colors, typography, iconography, illustration style, logo lock-ups — and enforce it across every team that ships content
Produce 8 - 12 short-form video edits per month (Reels / Shorts / TikTok) by cutting client testimonial clips, founder explainers and product walk-throughs in CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
Translate client wins (visa approvals, placements, company formations) into anonymised case-study creative with the consent of the client
Create paid-social ad creative — variants for A/B testing across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
Coordinate with the content writer / social media manager / freelance contributors on blog cover art, podcast cover art and newsletter creative
Build templated systems (Figma libraries, Canva templates) so non-designers across the company can ship on-brand content fast
Help host occasional live AMAs, webinars and Twitter Spaces with founders and immigration consultants — design the promo creative and on-the-day visuals

Requirements

2+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer, ideally in a SaaS, edtech, fintech, recruitment or migration brand
Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates a clear visual sensibility — strong typography, restrained color use, considered hierarchy, no AI-slop aesthetic
Expert in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Comfortable with InDesign and After Effects is a plus
Confident video editor in CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve — able to cut a 30-second hook, add captions, mix audio, colour-grade and export for vertical and horizontal formats
Strong copy sensibility — you can lay out a LinkedIn carousel where the words matter as much as the visuals
Self-driven — you can be given a one-line brief and ship a polished asset within 24 hours; you don't wait for perfect requirements before starting
Reliable computer (M-series Mac or equivalent), stable broadband, distraction-free workspace, comfort working asynchronously across UK / EU / Africa time zones

Key Performance Indicators

Performance expectations are clearly defined:

On-time delivery of design queue (≥95% on-schedule)
Brand consistency score on quarterly internal audits
Asset reuse rate via templated systems
Click-through rate on designed creative across landing pages and ads vs. baseline
Internal NPS from non-design teams who request assets
