Role Summary
The Graphics Designer/Video Editor is responsible for creating compelling visual and multimedia content that supports the institute's brand, marketing campaigns, educational programs, social media presence, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Design graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, flyers, brochures, certificates, and other materials.
Produce and edit short-form and long-form videos for marketing and educational purposes.
Create promotional videos, course trailers, student testimonials, instructor videos, and event content.
Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects where required.
Maintain consistency with the institute's brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop creative campaigns.
Capture and edit photos and videos during events, classes, workshops, and other activities.
Repurpose existing content into different formats for various digital platforms.
Manage and organize design files, video assets, templates, and brand resources.
Stay updated on current design, video, social media, and content trends.
Support the development of visual materials for online courses and learning platforms.
Requirements
Degree, diploma, or professional certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film, Digital Media, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of professional design and/or video editing experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video production skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent software.
Good understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
Ability to produce content optimized for social media and digital platforms.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple projects.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an advantage.
