Responsibilities / Requirements
Minimum of SSCE.
Grill meats, fish, Turkey, e.t.c.
Marinate and season meats properly to maintain taste and quality.
Operate and maintain grill, oven, and barbecue equipment safely.
Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness in the grilling area.
