Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Group Deputy Director - Sales to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple business units and regions within a leading FMCG company.
The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, market expansion, distribution efficiency, and commercial excellence across a multi-brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth.
Lead direct and indirect sales channels including distributors, retail, exports, and e-commerce.
Drive effective primary and secondary sales management across regions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Develop pricing, promotion, and route-to-market strategies.
Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
Collaborate with Marketing and R&D teams on new product launches and category expansion.
Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to deliver business targets.
Develop sales SOPs, incentive plans, and performance management systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 12 years' sales experience within the FMCG industry, with at least - 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong experience managing multi-brand/product portfolios and large sales teams.
Excellent leadership, commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills.
