Job Summary
As the Group HR Manager, you will provide strategic HR leadership across subsidiaries, standardize HR systems, drive governance, and build performance-driven workforce structures.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement group-wide HR strategy and governance frameworks
Standardize HR policies, compliance systems, and performance management processes
Lead executive recruitment, succession planning, and workforce strategy
Oversee compensation, salary reviews, benefits, and profit-sharing structures
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR risk management
Requirements
8 - 12+ years HR experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership
Experience managing HR across multiple business units or group structure
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR governance
Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage
Strong leadership and strategic decision-making ability.
