Role Objective


The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project performance by ensuring effective planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
This role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and provide strategic insights to support business objectives across the Group.


Core Duties and Responsibilities

Project Leadership and Execution


Lead the development and implementation of project plans, including objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Manage project activities from initiation through completion while ensuring successful delivery.
Coordinate internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and other external stakeholders involved in project execution.
Identify project risks and establish appropriate mitigation measures.


Strategic Alignment and Business Support


Ensure projects undertaken across subsidiaries support the Group's strategic direction and priorities.
Work closely with leadership teams to evaluate project needs, determine priorities, and optimize resource allocation.
Provide recommendations that enhance project efficiency and business performance.


Performance Tracking and Reporting


Establish effective project monitoring processes to track progress, costs, risks, and deliverables.
Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and performance insights to senior management.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions where necessary.


Financial and Resource Management


Develop and oversee project budgets to ensure proper financial planning and control.
Monitor expenditure and support cost-effective project implementation.
Ensure optimal utilization of available resources across projects.


Stakeholder and Subsidiary Coordination


Facilitate collaboration and communication between different subsidiaries and business units.
Act as the key project coordination link between management, teams, and external stakeholders.
Promote operational efficiency and identify opportunities for improved collaboration.


Governance, Compliance, and Quality Control


Ensure all projects adhere to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Maintain consistency and excellence in project outputs and deliverables.


Job Specifications and Qualifications

Education


Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (Required).
Master's Degree (MBA or related field) will be an added advantage.


Experience


Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience in project management.
Experience managing cross-functional or multi-sector projects.
Exposure to sectors such as agriculture, logistics, events, or e-commerce is an added advantage.
Proven ability to manage budgets and successfully deliver complex projects.
