Role Overview
We are hiring a Growth & Brand Audit Manager to take ownership of brand performance across digital platforms. This role is not about posting content. It is about auditing what exists, identifying gaps, fixing what is broken, and driving measurable growth tied to revenue and ROI.
You will analyze brand positioning, marketing assets, content performance, funnels, and ad spend, then turn findings into clear actions with tracked outcomes.
This role reports directly to the founder and works across marketing, content, and sales efforts.
Core Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Audit
You will conduct structured audits across:
Brand positioning and messaging consistency
Website and landing pages
Social media platforms
Content performance and audience alignment
Funnels, email flows, lead magnets, and offers
Paid ads performance (if applicable)
Output Required
Brand Audit Report (PDF or Slides)
Clear list of issues, gaps, and missed opportunities
Priority matrix: high impact vs low impact actions
Growth Strategy Development
Based on audit findings, you will:
Define growth opportunities tied to business goals
Identify what to scale, stop, or fix
Recommend audience, channel, and content focus
Align brand growth with revenue pathways
Output Required
30 / 60 / 90-day growth plan
Channel-specific recommendations
Revenue-aligned growth roadmap
Marketing Performance & ROI Tracking
You will:
Track performance metrics across platforms
Monitor CAC, conversions, engagement quality, and ROI
Identify what is driving results vs vanity metrics
Report insights in plain language
Output Required
Monthly performance dashboard
KPI report with insights and recommendations
ROI summary tied to campaigns and initiatives
Execution Oversight & Optimization
You will:
Translate strategy into actionable tasks for execution
Review campaigns, content, and funnels before launch
Continuously optimize based on performance data
Ensure alignment between brand message and growth goals

Optimization recommendations
Execution feedback notes

Required Experience & Skills

Clear communicator who can turn data into action

Experience working with founders or small teams
