Requirements:
8 - 10 years in Growth/Commercial Marketing
3+ years in a leadership role
Strong experience in B2B marketing and demand generation
Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics
Data-driven with a commercial mindset
Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
