What You'll Be Responsible For:
Driving new business development through strategic outbound efforts (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach)
Managing the full sales cycle and maintaining a healthy, high-conversion pipeline
Delivering compelling product demonstrations and tailored client presentations
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Leveraging CRM and sales tools to track performance and optimize sales activities
Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Providing valuable market insights to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies
Collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and value propositions
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales
Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
Experience selling software solutions across multiple African markets
Strong outbound sales and lead generation expertise
Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
